      Welcome to CharCon 2011!
       CharCon is THE West Virginia Gaming Convention held at the Charleston House Hotel in downtown Charleston, WV Oct. 21-23, 2011.

      Charleston is conveniently located within easy driving distance of several major metropolitan areas:


      Columbus, OH 3 hours
      Cincinnati, OH 4 hours
      Pittsburgh, PA 3.5 hours
      Lexington, KY 2.5 hours
      Roanoke, VA 3 Hours


      Admission prices for 2011

      Weekend Pass - $30
      Friday Pass - $15
      Saturday Pass - $20
      Sunday Pass - $15
      Children (12 & under) - $10 per day
      Children (12 & under) weekend pass - $20
      Visitors (may not play games) - $5 per day *

      * may be upgraded on site

      Starts Friday at noon and doesn't end until Sunday at 2pm

      • The Premier Board Game Tournament – Info is coming soon.

      • Board game library – Each year the Appalachian Gamers bring games to the convention for use by other attendees. There is also plenty of space for open gaming so bring your favorite game, find some players and get your game on!

      • RPGs – There will be a variety RPGs at this year's convention. We have game masters running D&D 4th Edition, RPGA events, SciFi themed games, Superhero events and many others.

      • LARPs – LARP info is coming soon.

      • Miniatures – Flames of War, Warhammer 40k, Warhammer Fantasy, Aerodrome, Sailpower and many more events will be available for play at this year's convention.

      • Artists - Artist info is coming soon.
