1 - If anyone needs to trade items, and meeting up at the same time is not possible, anyone who would like to, is free to use either of my game stores as a drop off/pick up location for trades. We will need a note telling us what item we are supposed to get before relinquishing the original item to the second party. But a 3rd party exchange I something we can help with.
2 - I have also been considering hosting some swop-meets for games. Don't know if there are enough people who want to use that kind of service to make it worth while though.
3 - Alternatively, I have been kicking around the "white-elephant" trade idea. Where everyone brings in a game they have but don't want anymore, and put it in the trade pile. Then everyone draws a card and takes it in turns pulling something out of the pile in the order of the numbers of the cards. Everyone gets something they didn't have before, gets rid of something they didn't want to keep, and it's a game in itself. Maybe a couple of times a year. I don't know how many people would really go for this though. Because a bad draw of the cards and you get last pick and it's a game that's not worth much... but then if you go into it knowing the chances...
