I'm currently watching the series on Netflix, and may read the books in the future.

the books are of course way better than the series, so if you like the series you will love the books. Building the city helps build the characters, its a inventive system well worth checking out.

Somebody needs to run this at Charcon. I have the core book and it looks promising. If anyone is interested I could run this instead of Dark Aeons, which has just been disowned by its creator.

I enjoyed it. Was just a quick and dirty one shot to give us an idea of how the game works. Seemed to flow really well, the OGL version of FUDGE seems to be a solid little gaming system. There are some pretty abstract notions about how the game world works, and how players and the DM interact to create it. I was very intrigued, and am itching to play again.
