New Attendee / GM questions?

I'm a former WV resident now living in Indianapolis who may be back in WV during charcon. It fits with my kids fall break this year and we thought we'd come in for a visit. SO the plan is currently come in on Wednesday thru Sunday and help out witn my brother in Laws haunted trail in St Albans during the evenings...

Is the con open Friday during the day or just during the evening?

Do you need any addtional GM's? I run mainly Hollow Earthy Expidtions- (pulp game set in the 30's) and have several adult and kid oriented scenarios I could run.

Would it be possible to bring fliers for the Haunted trail... and could I bring swag/fliers for a con we run in Indy- WhosyerCon?

Hi! We have not locked in the hours on Friday yet, but will announce them as soon as possible. A lot of when we will open on Friday depends on when we will be able to get everything set up to a suitable point. That includes vendors, as well as everything else. If I were a betting man, I would say you can count on seeing some daytime hours on Friday, just not sure what time yet.

We are always looking for more games/GM's, so most definitely. Watch here on the website for Event Submission guidelines.

We are all about helping to promote local stuff, so sure thing on the fliers for the Haunted Trail. Fliers for Whosyercon would also be fine. We are always interested in mutual promotion with other shows. Contact me at travisreynolds@charcon.org and maybe we can work out some details on that.
