Ok Folks, CharCon is less than 10 days away! I hope everyone is just as excited as we are!

Here is some important information for you.

Pre-Registration is still open, for now. It will be closing on Monday 10/19. So, if you plan to pre-register, better do it before then.

The final Event Catalog is available now. It will NOT be changing again. That does not mean we will not still accept event submissions. Anything else that comes in will be added to an Add/Change/Delete sheet that we will provide on-site along with the printed version of the catalog. In order to print the catalog, we have to cut off entry into it ahead of time. Printing up a 1 page list of changes is much easier.

Event Sign Up is also still open. We will close this on Wednesday 10/21. If you pre-registered and want to sign up for events, now is the time. A lot of people are taking advantage of this this year. We even have some events that are already full! You can sign up for events on-site, but if they are full, they are full. So, send in your requests now (must be pre-registered...see above).


CharCon covers three days this year and our hours are:
Friday Noon to Midnight
Saturday 10AM to Midnight
Sunday 10AM to 6PM

Each day, we will plan to open the doors about 30 minutes before that time to allow everyone to get in, walk around and get settled for their first game. If you are a GM running a game that starts at opening time and feel that you need more than 30 minutes to set up, please contact us at events@charcon.org to make arrangements.
